Competitive candidates will: Be be a member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing;Have  a J.D. and graduated from an accredited law school with a strong academic history;Demonstrate outstanding analytical, writing and oral communication skills;have honed high-level skills in traditional or evolving family law and obtained 3-5 or more years of practice;be a proven negotiator and litigator;use sound and practical judgment, think strategically and be capable of establishing a strong “trusted advisor” rapport with clients;show strong commitment to delivering exceptional work on behalf of her/his clients;be positive and approach work with a team oriented world-view; and,deliver high-touch client service. Our attorneys manage their caseloads supported by a fully staffed office including paralegals, document clerks and administrative staff.

Student Internship Program 

Within our program we introduce students to our law group and its resources familiarizing and integrating students into the firm. All accepted students will have three rotations in family law, personal injury and bankruptcy. In each rotation students are matched with mentors who are actively involved in training students and ensuring that students receive interesting and varied work assignments.  Each student will be evaluated twice during the internship. Our evaluating system is to help each student develop their skills as lawyers in training. The main purpose of our program is to expose students to different practice areas and assist them in developing substantive skills.
