Kara Roy
Attorney

Attorney Kara Roy has been practicing law with a focus on domestic relations since 2008, shortly after retiring from the U.S. Army.  She currently sits on the Town of Hudson Library Board of Trustees, originally appointed to fill a vacancy in 2016 and elected to the seat in 2017.  She has also acted as the treasurer for the library since 2017.  She was elected as a Town of Hudson selectman in 2019.

Alethea Shaddox
Attorney

Alethea joined Wright Family Law Group in the fall of 2018. She focuses her practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, modifications, and contempt proceedings. In addition, Alethea has extensive experience handling chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy matters.

Alethea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts. She was selected for induction into Alpha Kappa Delta, an international honor society for Sociology majors.  She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Massachusetts School of Law. While attending law school, Alethea worked full-time as a bankruptcy paralegal.

Robin Rose Buxton

Attorney Robin B. Rose Buxton is an experienced and respected Massachusetts family law attorney and mediator. She has extensive experience in family law matters including divorce, child support, alimony, custody, visitation, paternity, adoptions, contempt actions, modifications and guardianship of a minor petitions. Attorney Buxton has over 20 years of legal experience, helping individuals, families and businesses in Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. She began her career by earning an undergraduate degree in criminal justice and a paralegal certificate from the University of Massachusetts. She worked as a Family Law Paralegal for six years at a large Boston law firm, then obtained her law degree and has been practicing domestic relations law since that time.
